Learn a variety of pole exercises specifically designed to help your horse gain confidence in their body - targeting strength, co-ordination, balance, and injury prevention. Eden and Lily will help you observe your horses posture and movement in order to understand exactly what areas to focus on to best support your horses body, then lead some have a go pole exercises to put that learning in to action so you and your horse feel empowered to continue at home.
